"Mountain Bar"

Sorry I've been so bad lately with keeping things up to date. I don't ever feel like I have anything that's note worthy of sharing because it has all just become life for me. All of it is just normal. I never thought I'd be saying that in a million years! Uh so this past weekend we went to this place that the exact translation is "mountain bar." It was this cute, little resort that was so cozy and romantic. Too bad I had to take care of 5 children. Haha the kids weren't bad though at all. There was this one 7 year old that always wanted to sing lion king with me and he would nuzzle my face like lions do. It was a little weird but in it's own adorable way of course. One of the times I put my sunglasses on top of my head and he starts nuzzling my cheek, stops midway and starts screaming and running around in circles. Then he comes up to me and presses his forehead to mine and starts screaming "blue!!" He has never seen real blue eyes before and it was one of the most exciting things to him. I'm happy that something so simple to me can make someone that full of joy.  Now I'm just counting down the days to being down with the whole au pair experience. It's been a long bumpy ride but totally worth it. I'm excited to be done though. Only like 12 days left of it :) I'm not ready for the mom part of life yet quite frankly.

The Summer Palace.

I finally got to go to the Summer Palace, which I've been waiting to do since the day I got to China, and it was unbelievable! It has also warmed up drastically so the blue sky and sunshine added some happiness to the blooming trees. Now this is where you will be forced to look at all my pictures. Have fun! 1, 2, 3, Go.

 He is obviously very involved.
